Payment Details
Payment in full is due within 10 business days of winning the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (exact amount-we cannot make change), Cashiers Check or Money Order. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed. If you are exempt from tax, you will need to advise the Business Office and forward your tax exemption certificate PRIOR to pickup of your items or the exemption may not be honored. Pickup instructions will be provided to you when you are accepted as the winner of the auction.
Item Description
1997 Portable Trailer. 23' 4" X 40' 0" Picture this sitting on your mountain property as your hunting cabin or on the job site as a satellite office.
This trailer has been in use as an elementary classroom since we purchased it new in 1997. It is of steel frame construction. No contents featured in the photos go with the unit; however, you may take the ramp/stairs with you, if you choose. Drawings can be viewed upon request. On site visit can be scheduled with Ed Peters. Contact him at 717-729-4706. Ed can also answer any questions that you have about the unit. Buyer is responsible for removal. Removal must be scheduled with Ed Peters.
All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Items come with no warranty of any kind, including NO implied Warranty of Merchantability and NO implied Warranty of Fitness for a particular purpose.

Hello, thank you for your interest in our auction. There are no axels under the trailer. It’s a steel frame and is sitting on blocks. It will probably need to be hauled in 2 sections

"these buildings were originally transported on tires and axles with hitch as a mobil home in 2 sections. Brackets to bolt on axles were welded on frame so at least the welded brackets should be there. Also this would have had bolt on hitchs with side plates to attach to building frame. should be stored underneath for future use as now. So may or may not have easy low cost move. Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. All Buyers fee's are aggregate unless otherwise noted. This means after you cross certain price thresholds you will pay a different buyers fee for the remaining amount. See below for an example.
Example:
If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
